Joe Biden

Joe Biden's one of my favorite politicians and is probably the most qualified candidate for president from either party. If 2008 were your traditional "choose an older white guy from a group of older white guys" election, he would absolutely be my pick.

The reality for 2008 brings us some new opportunities in Obama and Clinton that I think are difficult to pass up, and unfortunately, I don't think the timing is right for Joe- even though, in many ways, we've never needed someone with his level of experience as badly as we do now.

Regardless of who wins the White House in 2008- from either party- I certainly hope there's a high-ranking job for Joe Biden somewhere in the administration.
